WELCOME TO BIG SKY
A TOWN BUILT ON HISTORY
A beautiful place such as Big Sky, Montana, didn't come from the easiest of beginnings. However, I'm sure the collective census will agree that everyone wants to make sure their beloved town stays beautiful. Today, that still rings true and would make good ol' Clovis Deveraux proud to see what it has become since the town created where he served as the first mayor of Big Sky! And no matter where you look, you can see the beauty in the town. From the view of the mountains to every store on Main Street, there's always something to see. If you ask me, someone who was born and raised in Big Sky, I'm always seeing something different even after all these years!
Big Sky was founded in 1893 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs, but mostly the city has done nothing but grow into what it is today: 131 years later. Visitors to Big Sky can enjoy the perks of living in a friendly place with access to a top-notch ski resort for their recreational enjoyment. There are plenty of places to shop and eat as well as an amazing theater! There's truly something to always peak your interest while you visit! Locals have the added bonus of enjoying exceptional schools for their children in Kindergarten through 12th grade! Once they're done with their first 12 years of school, they can move on to the award-winning Big Sky University to further their education while staying close to home!
No matter what it is though, Big Sky has it all that one would need or even possibly want! I know that I don't plan on leaving this beautiful place. As I was born and raised here, I aspire to also make sure my children and their children are also born and raised right here in this beautiful piece of Montana!

I am the creative and fun one of the family. I love to spend time with my family and surround myself with loved ones. I will do whatever it takes to make people happy as I'm a people pleaser. I'm also the creative type as I love to write music, draw, color, and create art in different forms. I love my family and will stay loyal to them no matter what. I will do anything to honor them. I also love my extended family and my nephews.
On my negative side of traits, I tend to be impulsive. Not thinking things quickly and reacting on emotions. I can also be quick witted and think on my toes. I'm also clever, and able to think on my toes while and think of complicated tasks at hand or formulate plans. I do not like it when plans change suddenly because I will have to think things over again. I also have a short temper, so it'd be smart not to anger me. Also, once you cross me, I will refuse to let you be my friend again. You only have one chance and once you ruin that it is over.
My name is Annachi Bliss Swanson. My father is Clay Swanson, and my mother is Eloise Swanson. I was born on a chilly February 3rd. There was snow on the ground. The nights were freezing. By now, my parents had plenty of experience raising children. I was a baby, who gave them lots of sleepless nights. I wanted to be fed in the middle of the night. I was a quiet baby most of the morning, and I was curious. I looked up at everyone with wide eyes, curious about the world. I have a large family surrounded by lots of love. I am the sixth born in the family. I have my older sisters Rebel, Ryot, Nevaeh, and Katana, who were all born ahead of me. I have one older brother, who was born ahead of me. One younger sister named Valkyrie.
It was fun growing up in Big Sky Mountain. My father is in the Wild Wolves MC club. So, there were plenty of friends to go around. I visited the clubhouse often and made many friends there. I hung out there almost every chance I got.
When I was four years old, I received my first minibike. I loved riding it. It was something I enjoyed a lot. I zipped around outside of my family’s house. My father was the one who taught me how to ride it.
I moved to the dirt bike when I was older. I ride the bike around the Deveraux track and learn how to ride it with my family.
When I was seven years old, I started motocross, and I loved it. I loved the feeling of the wind in my hair, and I felt free on the track. Because of this, I was very competitive. I loved challenging the guys to a race. I participated in races and won many trophies because of this. I have them on my shelf in my room.
In seventh grade, I started to try out for sports. I was excellent at cheerleading, volleyball, and soccer. I started to learn how to play instruments in extra classes. I was learning how to play the piano and the guitar. I was quite good at them. The teachers had some patience with me, as I started to learn easy music at first.
I continued sports when I was in high school. The courses were easy for me, as I rarely got into trouble. Of course, I was starting to get interested in guys at that time. There were at least two. One was on the football team; he was strong and handsome. Unfortunately, I caught him kissing another girl behind the school when I was coming back from practice. That annoyed me so much. I threw a shoe at him, and I hit him right in the nose. It was over right then and there. I cried a little bit at home. I figured it was for the best, and I moved on. He was definitely a jerk. But somehow, I got off easy and didn't get detention. There had been a lot worse things going on at school.
There was one other boy, who lasted a bit longer. His name is Derek, and I had an interest in him. Derek was bullied by some of the other guys. He was very interested in technology and learning how to write computer code. I found him hanging out in the library a lot. The library was where I did my homework and projects. We talked and found out we had a lot in common. When I tried to bring Derek home to meet my family a few times, I think he got intimidated by my siblings. Derek and I dated a few more times, but we broke up, as it was not going to work out. We were a little too different after all.
While I haven’t found the right one yet, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I think I want to become a teacher, but I haven’t figured out the subjects yet. I love taking care of children and watching them flourish. Maybe I will start a band, as a few of my friends will play in the garage and practice together. One day, we might become official instead of rocking out in our parent’s garage. And hoping that our future looks bright.

The night was young as Damien felt a chill in the air. He stepped outside feeling winter's grasp still on them but barely. It would not be long before Spring came around and welcomed the new season without question. He was growing weary of the cold winter months, while his werewolf form didn't seem to mind it. He was protected with warm fur that could survive the elements of the cold with no problem. The last bit of snow had melted, while a little bit of frost still clung to the windows. The cold nights were numbered as the warmth would eventually take over.
As Damien stepped out, he had his phone in hand. He had a book in another looking at old astrology charts. The paper was worn with age with a handful of tears from on the sides, as they had scrawled pieces of notes written on it. Because of this, Damien was able to see and recognize some of the planets in the sky as he could point out where he was. Then the moon phases on another page as he flipped through the papers that he had. Damien knew in a couple of weeks; his werewolf form would come out. He still had time. It didn't bother him that much now.
"I see now, so that's where we are. The moon is, half full and will not change for a while." Damien said as that was calming enough. His own home in Quincy had been a small apartment that he had rented out for a couple of months ahead of time. To have his roof over his head was rewarding, and he had enjoyed it. As he began to walk down the streets, there was a nearby park that he could frequent. He smelled the damp air like a storm might come later that night. Along with the few scents of people who had been out that night walking their dogs or heading home. Damien had left Freki back in the apartment for a short amount of time. As he would be back in. And he'd never forget his companion.
