WELCOME TO BIG SKY
A TOWN BUILT ON HISTORY
A beautiful place such as Big Sky, Montana, didn't come from the easiest of beginnings. However, I'm sure the collective census will agree that everyone wants to make sure their beloved town stays beautiful. Today, that still rings true and would make good ol' Clovis Deveraux proud to see what it has become since the town created where he served as the first mayor of Big Sky! And no matter where you look, you can see the beauty in the town. From the view of the mountains to every store on Main Street, there's always something to see. If you ask me, someone who was born and raised in Big Sky, I'm always seeing something different even after all these years!
Big Sky was founded in 1893 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs, but mostly the city has done nothing but grow into what it is today: 131 years later. Visitors to Big Sky can enjoy the perks of living in a friendly place with access to a top-notch ski resort for their recreational enjoyment. There are plenty of places to shop and eat as well as an amazing theater! There's truly something to always peak your interest while you visit! Locals have the added bonus of enjoying exceptional schools for their children in Kindergarten through 12th grade! Once they're done with their first 12 years of school, they can move on to the award-winning Big Sky University to further their education while staying close to home!
No matter what it is though, Big Sky has it all that one would need or even possibly want! I know that I don't plan on leaving this beautiful place. As I was born and raised here, I aspire to also make sure my children and their children are also born and raised right here in this beautiful piece of Montana!

horn Justice narrowed his eyes hearing his youngest son break down and say that Kayla had done this to him. He watched his wife hugging him, and his sobs made his heart ache. Quickly he stepped out of the room unable to bear hearing the heartbreak anymore. Pulling out his phone he hit Michael Thomas on the speed dial and told him what was going on. He hadn’t bothered any of his friends about what happened yet. The coach had found his baby boy when he was leaving for the night and quickly called 911, and he and Liberty had been contacted.
Michael hung up and walked into the living room letting out an ear splitting whistle which usually brought his kids running. He knew his daughter wasn’t going to be happy with what he had to tell them. He sat down and watched his kids coming in one by one. Thorn stumbled in his hair all askew and looked like he had just dragged himself out of bed. Candy wasn’t far behind him. He knew she had been having breakfast. He told them to sit down and that they needed Kayla for this talk. He saw Thorn and Candy glance at one another, and he ran a hand through his hair messing it up, not really caring at the moment.

Kayla was still mad about having been stood up more or less by Joseph. A new kid came to Rosewood's and told her that Joseph said to go in his place. She just came home, not even going to give the new kid the time of day, and got to work on an essay she had due Monday. She stayed up late and got a lot of work done on it, but then just went to bed, having thought of sending Joseph a text saying how pissed she was, but decided to just stew on it for the weekend and tell him to his face Monday. She got up early still and was just settling into writing more on her essay when she heard her dad's whistle. She sighed and headed downstairs since she knew better than to keep him waiting. She frowned when she saw his face as she walked into the living room and just went to sit down on the couch with her siblings to hear what needed to be said.

horn Michael’s eyes fell on Kayla when she walked in. He signed heavily when his heavily pregnant wife Beth walked in, or more like waddled and sat down. He hadn’t meant to wake her up, and he groaned inwardly. “I just got a phone call. Kayla tell me exactly what happened last night. I caught on that you were upset about something. I need to know now exactly why.” He got right to the point wanting to get this out and soon. He knew Justice didn’t think his baby girl was wrong in anything that happened the night before, but if he was in his position he’d want to know himself.
Thorn and Candy were looking between their father and Kayla wondering what was going on. Candy hadn’t gotten any answers from her texts back the night before from Jacob. Not even their usual goodnight text. Usually they talk too, but he hadn’t called. When she’d tried it went right to voicemail.

Kayla gave her father a confused look before she looked over at her older two siblings and then back at her dad. She wasn't hiding that she was pissed, but she wasn't expecting to be called out on it. She shook her head and said, "Joseph stood me up. I was supposed to meet him at Rosewood's but that new kid, whatever his name is, said that Joseph told him to come meet me. So I left Rosewood's and came home thinking that was a stupid thing for Joseph to do. I wanted to text him about it too, but figured I'd just confront him to his face on Monday." She didn't know why she had to explain it at all. Usually she was left alone when she was pissed to do school work or whatever else.

horn Michael frowned listening to his daughter and tilted his head. “This boy told you that Joseph said to come meet you? Who the fuck is this boy?” He asked slipping in a cuss word that he usually didn’t do in front of his kids. He moved over closer to his daughter. “Joseph wouldn’t have been able to answer you sweetheart. That’s why I need to know who this boy is that told you that Joseph sent him. Cause he sure as hell didn’t send him.” He let out another curse not liking that his daughter was in the middle of this. He loved Joseph though and that his daughter was with him. He’d known when they were toddlers that they probably would be together one day. Just as he did with Jacob and Candy.

Kayla shrugged crossing her arms when her father cursed asking for the boy's name. "I don't know, like Dimitri or something. I don't know his last name. Ferarri or somthing, maybe? I think he's Russian because he seems like one of those kinds of idiots with those exaggerated accents like you see on TV." She frowned hearing her dad say he wouldn't be able to answer me. "Why wouldn't he answer me though?" She asked, a little curious. "Because he doesn't have an excuse for doing something like that to me?" She looked down, not wanting in the conversation anymore.

horn Michael sat on the coffee table in front of his daughter. Gently he cupped her chin pulling her head up to look at him. “Joseph didn’t do anything darling. He’s in ICU at the hospital after being jumped when he was leaving the school last night. He just woke up and Justice says that he thinks you are behind it. That you are with this other boy now.” He made her keep looking at her as he said it. He heard Candy gasp hearing him, and his son let out a curse, but he didn’t reprimand him with what was going on right now. Wasn’t like he hadn’t cursed.

Kayla didn't even want to look at anyone, but she didn't fight her father grabbing her chin. Her eyes widened in horror hearing him. She had no words to say because of the shock. She didn't even say anything for a full minute before she pushed her dad's hand away and jumped up. "I'm going to kill him!" She yelled out and started to storm out of the living room to go find the bastard. She wasn't talking about Joseph, of course not. She was talking about Dimitri. Joseph was the most important person in the world to her besides those in her family and no one was going to get away with hurting him.

horn moved fast catching his sister. “Now hold in. I want in on this.” He said holding her to him. “Plus I know of a lot more that will want in on killing this asshole. So let’s call the others together and plan this out. I promise that we’ll let you have this ass first! As long as I’m there to block any hits going at you.” He tried to reason with her. He was a prospect, but he knew those of them that were prospects would definitely want in on this. He glanced over at Candy hearing her.
Candy was already on her phone texting all the kids in the club. “SOS! Meet at the clubhouse! We have retaliation! Let’s get even for Joseph!” She sent the text standing up. “I just sent a group text for everyone to meet at the clubhouse!” She was ready for this and was definitely going to back her little sister up.
Michael sighed, running a hand over his face. He wasn’t about to stop them though. “I’ll give you all a ride to town.” He said, before frowning as he heard Beth say her water just broke. “Okay to the hospital and then you guys do whatever you want.” He jumped to his feet running to grab the bag they had ready.
Mattie frowned sitting in the hallway with Jacob. Their mother had motioned them out after their father left the room. Which was fine with him having heard his heartbreaking sobs. He’d been hovering his finger over texting Shelly, but had been holding off. When the group text came in his eyes shot up reading it, and he looked at Jacob. “It’s your girl calling for retaliation!” He couldn’t help but smirk. The text started blowing up with everyone wanting to know what happened to their baby brother.

Kayla fought to get out of her brother's hold. She was more than pissed and usually no one stood in her way when she was since she only really got pissed when it actually called for it. This time, it definitely called for it. "I'm killing him! No one touches Joseph!" She yelled at her brother, still trying to pull away, not caring that he was saying that they were rounding up a group to go after him. She only stopped fighting when she heard her stepmother say her water broke. She looked over, seeing the puddle of water on the floor between the woman's legs. She wanted revenge for Joseph, but she wasn't going to prevent her stepmother in getting medical care for her and the baby.

Jacob had watched his father come out of the room and put his head back against the wall and closed his eyes. He felt his phone vibrate with a notification but didn't bother to look at it. He looked over at his brother when he felt the phone vibrate constantly and heard what he said. He dug his phone out and looked at the screen seeing missed calls from Candy and the text messages popping up one after another. He opened it and looked at the messages. They were coming in so fast he had to keep scrolling up to be able to read them because they were going so fast. He responded back, "Who are we getting?" He saw that she was saying they were getting even for his little brother, but they didn't even know who hurt him. At least he didn't.

horn only let go of his baby sister when she quit struggling. His eyes opened wide looking over at Beth. He ran then to get dressed to head to town.
Candy looked over gaping at her stepmother, before looking back at the messages. She was already up and dressed and ready to go. She saw Jacob’s text come through with all the others that were blowing up. She closed out of the group text and messaged Jacob. “Beth’s water just broke. I will be at the hospital soon, and I will tell you then, what Kayla told us.” She sent Jacob knowing better than to just tell him knowing he’d go off on his own, and she didn’t want him getting hurt.
Michael pulled out his phone and texted Justice. “Kayla said a Russian boy showed up in place of Joseph last night. Saying Joseph told him to come. She didn’t like that one bit and came right home. Dimitri Ferraro, she said his name was. Beth’s water just broke so I have to get her to the hospital, and my kids are calling in the other kids for retaliation!” He sent and pocketed his phone grabbing the bag in their room, before running back down. He went straight to Beth and helped her up. “Let’s get you to the hospital baby.” He was worried since it was their first one, but his other three had come into the world just fine. He hoped Beth did great.
Mattie watched his brother looking at his phone, before he noticed his father quit pacing and looked at his phone. A growl came from his father, and he wondered what he had just read. Beeps started going off from the machines in his little brother’s room. A scream from his mother made him jump up as his father ran into the room. With the door opening the alarms from the machines were almost deafening. He took a step forward, but doctors and nurses were running into the room, and his parents were being pushed out. The blinds shut on the windows to the room, and the door shut. His mother was screaming and trying to get back into the room, and his father looked like he had seen a ghost. He held his breath wondering what was going on.

Kayla wasn't happy that she was going to have to wait to get revenge for Joseph, but she was following her siblings for now. She didn't even have her phone on her since she left it in her room. She was in her pajamas, but they were sleep pants and a tanktop. She was not happy one bit. "As soon as we're there, I'm going after that bastard," she said and crossed her arms. She definitely wasn't going to let that go. "I hope the baby is alright too, Beth, but I'm going to kick his ass today."

Jacob sighed and was about to tell Mattie what Kayla said back to him, but ended up looking at his dad before he jumped up hearing his mom screaming. He frowned when he couldn't see anything and his parents were pushed back out of Joseph's room. "What's happening?" He asked, not expecting an answer but hoping for one.

Thorn was dressed in record time, and back downstairs after grabbing his prospect kutte and shrugging it on. He headed straight for his Harley though not wanting to go without it. He was on and was ready to go waiting on his dad before they were even out the door.
Candy frowned, getting up and following her father and Beth. Beth let out a laugh hearing Kayla, before groaning as she held her stomach as a contraction hit. “I hope you make that boy pay Kayla dear.” She smirked slightly as she walked outside and headed towards the SUV that Michael had already pulled out for the day.
Michael frowned as he helped Beth out with his daughter’s following. He heard his son’s bike start up, and wasn’t surprised. He gently helped Beth into the passenger side as his girls jumped in the back buckling up. Once he had Beth secure he ran around and got inside.
Mattie forgot to breathe as he watched his mother break down sobbing and crying out no not my baby! A sense of dread came over him as he closed his eyes saying a silent prayer for his baby brother. This couldn’t be happening! They couldn’t be losing Joseph!
